Dimension Shopfitters has an immediate requirement for a Senior Project Manager to step into this critical leadership role within their high-performing business. This is a unique opportunity for a sharp, commercially astute leader to take charge of major projects while mentoring and shaping the next generation of Project Managers. You'll have full oversight of project lifecycles, working closely with the General Manager to drive operational improvements, build client relationships, and position yourself for future career growth into a Project Director.
The Role
In this role, you’ll take the lead on delivering high-value national projects, while also playing a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the business. You’ll not only oversee project execution, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations, but also drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and project profitability.
This is a leadership position where you will mentor and develop an established Project Management team, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement across all areas of the business. You will also be instrumental in driving commercial success, refining systems, and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Project Management team, providing mentorship, training, and knowledge-sharing while fostering a strong team culture
- Lead your own key projects through the full lifecycle
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to client satisfaction
- Manage subcontractor coordination, site organisation and labour allocation
- Work closely with the General Manager on strategic initiatives and client relationships
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and project profitability
- Uphold the highest standards of safety and quality across all projects
- Proven experience in Project Management within the shopfitting, joinery, or construction industry
- A natural leader with experience mentoring and developing teams
- Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering profitable projects
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
- Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
