Olivia has had a varied career, she started in print journalism then moved into broadcasting production followed by communications in the Thoroughbred industry when in England.

A career change took her to Fiji where she was based for four years working on a private island and marina development for a New Zealand-owned property development company.

Outside of work, Olivia loves to snow skiing in winter, playing social rounds of golf, and exploring her culinary skills in the kitchen.
