Key Responsibilities

This role offers a unique chance to engage with a broad scope of civil design and project management responsibilities. You will work closely with clients and internal teams across multiple locations, focusing on delivering solutions that exceed expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Leading and delivering civil design solutions from concept to completion.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior and intermediate engineers.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure all project objectives are met.
  • Working independently, with significant autonomy and decision-making capacity.
  • Contributing to business development efforts within the civil team.
Requirements

This consultancy is looking for a Chartered Civil Engineer (or someone close to achieving chartered status) with:
  • Approximately 10 years of experience in civil engineering, including design and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD, with a strong grasp of commercial, residential, and industrial design.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, client-focus, and project management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively across multiple projects, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
