The role:

An incredible opportunity for someone with one to two years of industry experience to become an Assistant Project Manager who will work closely with senior management across the Wellington region. You will support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers on high-profile projects that are adding value to Wellington while working alongside respected industry professionals.

This will include managing and developing relationships and growing in the role while working on good projects. You will assist to maintain, manage and document all project reports and statements, assist with facilitating team and client communication, and be responsible for relevant project administration and project status meeting minutes. 

What the right candidate will look like:

You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Building Science or another technical discipline, with 1-2+ years in the construction industry. 
Have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships. 
And, you will have excellent attention to detail and ability to absorb a sea of information.
