The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies that positively promote the brands and projects.
- Campaign Management and Execution: Lead marketing campaigns, track performance, and drive lead generation strategies to ensure brand consistency and growth.
- Product Development and Brand Creation: Research competitive products, understand purchaser demographics, and launch new brands with compelling messaging and positioning.
- Sales and Marketing for Development Properties: Manage end-to-end sales and marketing processes, optimize sales values, and collaborate with external agencies to support property sales initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the property industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
