Matt is a highly energetic and motivated recruitment professional with over 15 years of experience in New Zealand UK & Germany. He spent 11 years at a Global Real Estate recruitment firm in consultant and leadership positions, and has successfully led and grown teams recruiting across Construction, Property, Engineering, and Legal sectors.

As joint Managing Director his focus is across the NZ Property sector with a particular focus on institutional investors and development companies. Matt has his hand full outside of work looking after his two sons but is always up for a round of golf and beer with friends when time allows it.
