Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of loan applications and report to the Lending Manager
- Monitor and manage loans, including site checks, attending Project Control Group (PCG) meetings, and assessing progress claims
- Deliver project feasibility reports at the commencement of engagements
- Produce monthly Drawdown Certification Reports & Financials.
- Obtain and interpret financial data across multiple projects.
- Conduct site visits to assess project status, progress, and adherence to schedules
- Attend industry events as required
- Assist Lending Managers in ensuring loans are fully repaid at maturity
- Help prepare regular reports on various aspects of existing loan books
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Experience in commercial and/or residential developments.
- Understanding of the property development and construction processes.
- Strong analytical and financial interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Willingness to learn and grow in the property finance sector
