As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading multiple projects, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to completion. You’ll collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver outstanding results, on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple projects at various stages
- Lead site teams and ensure all H&S requirements are met
- Drive timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction
- Work closely with joinery and production teams to align on project delivery
- Manage subcontractors and materials procurement
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges, ensuring exceptional quality
- Travel within Auckland and occasionally nationwide for project delivery
- Experience in project management within shopfitting, joinery, or fitout industries
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to excellence
- Familiarity with Nexvia software (or similar project management tools) is a bonus
