The Ideal Candidate
- Ideally degree qualified in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Science, or a related field.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a construction consultancy or as a client representative in project management.
- Needs to demonstrate a history of successful project delivery in New Zealand.
- Should have experience managing projects from inception to completion.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of managing client demands while coordinating with designers and contractors on site.
