About the Company:
This boutique, privately owned Project Management and Development Management consultancy works with leading property companies, developers and major funds, across New Zealand and abroad. The team is made up of property and construction experts with years of experience and has a vast network of clients from both the private and public sectors. About the Role:
They are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Auckland. The successful candidate will manage a variety of high-end residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery from start to finish. You’ll work closely with experienced directors who are committed to your professional growth. This is a perfect role for an Assistant Project Manager ready to step up or a junior level Project Manager eager to take on more responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A relevant construction qualification.
  • Ideally 2-5 years experience in delivering a range of building projects from inception to completion in New Zealand, in a consultancy or client-side environment.
  • Highly motivated, able to work independently, diligent, and with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Client-facing experience and comfort with running meetings.
  • Experience with NZS3910 contract management.
  • Ability to positively contribute to the internal team
  • Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
