Job description

As a vital member of the lending team, you will cultivate and manage client relationships with property developers and builders. Your goal will be to provide customised financing solutions, ensuring a smooth journey from initial inquiry to settlement.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience as either a non-bank lender, mortgage broker, quantity surveyor or project manager within the South Island market, preferably Christchurch.
An understanding of property finance and construction loans.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, construction, property, or a related field (preferred).
Fluent in Mandarin.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation, one that is interested in training the financial aspects of property and construction loan to either a mortgage broker, financial broker, quantity surveyor or project manager, so in time they can become a Lending Manager.
