Job description

The Company
This boutique project management consultancy is built on strong relationships, a hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects. Their tight-knit team is made up of experienced Project Managers and Directors who take an active role in every project, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment. With a focus on carefully selected projects across the healthcare, commercial and education sectors, they provide a personalised and tailored service to their clients.

The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to be part of a highly respected, agile team where you’ll work directly alongside supportive and hands-on Directors. You’ll be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, gaining exposure to strategy, client management, and on-site delivery. Here you’ll have a voice, autonomy and the chance to make an impact.

About You
We’re looking for a motivated Project Manager who:
  • Holds a degree in Construction Management, Building Science, or a related field.
  • Has at least three years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side project management role.
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative, hands-on environment with direct access to leadership.
  • Has a track record of successfully delivering projects in New Zealand.
  • Is confident managing projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors.
  • Possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Why Join?
  • Work in a supportive and flexible boutique consultancy.
  • Gain direct mentorship from experienced Directors who are invested in your development.
  • Be part of a close-knit team where your contributions are valued.
  • Enjoy a diverse range of projects without the bureaucracy of a large corporate firm.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to step into a role with greater autonomy, strong mentorship and a more personalised approach to project management.
To apply, please submit your application online or contact Olivia Langford-Lee at 027 256 0620 for a confidential discussion.
