They have a strong pipeline in place with projects in both private developments and local councils.

The role will cover:
- Large scale earthworks
- Civil works including 3 waters
- Roading
- Subdivision construction
- Infrastructure
- Site works
- Oversee and supervise civil works on site.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance.
- Interpret plans to ensure accuracy & quality.
- Ensure all safety requirements are met, prestart risk assessments, toolbox discussions, PPE equipment.
- Ensure compliance with NZ legislation and industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Bachelor of Engineering or National Diploma in Engineering, NZCE, or equivalent.
- Experience with GPS & NDM Machines
- History of delivering projects to meet time, quality, and budget targets, as well as customer expectations.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and relate to people at all levels.
- Experience managing civil projects.
- Self-starter who is both organised and disciplined.
