Courtney holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Canterbury, combining academic expertise with hands-on industry experience to deliver exceptional results.

Outside of her professional career, Courtney is an accomplished equestrian showjumper, competing at a national level throughout the South Island
