The Opportunity
A private healthcare organisation is seeking a highly skilled Client Side Project Manager to oversee multiple CAPEX projects in their Christchurch Hospital. With over 30 projects to be delivered, ranging from small-scale updates to significant capital projects, this role is key to enhancing the hospital facilities.

The Role
In this position, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects valued between $10k and $500k, with some reaching up to $8-9M. Collaborating closely with the Facilities Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for hospital operations, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
You will coordinate with contractors, consultant’s, and ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulations. Familiarity with mechanical services and a solid background in healthcare projects are essential for this role.

Key Requirements
Candidates should have significant experience in healthcare project management and a proven track record in delivering CAPEX projects. Strong leadership and communication skills are vital, as you will be working alongside various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
