Join a leading civil contractor with a strong presence across the South Island as their Civil Contracts Manager.
  
You will be joining a large family-owned South Island civil contractor who values their staff and has a strong track record of internal promotions.
  
This role would be ideal for an ambitious Project Manager who has had experience in pricing their own projects and is ready to take the next step in their career.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Development & Management: review, negotiate, and oversee contracts.

  • Project Pricing and Cost Management: Prepare end to end project pricing, manage budget, control costs, and ensure financial efficiency.

  • Project Oversight: Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality, resolving issues and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Team Leadership: Lead the team, assign tasks, evaluate performance to achieve project goals efficiently.
