The role
This high-performing team are seeking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to be based in their Christchurch office to support their growing presence in region, with projects across Canterbury & the wider South Island. You will come on board to manage every aspect of the project lifecycle from concept to delivery and then right through to completion, while working with multiple stakeholders to achieve great results.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for a confident individual who excels at building long-term relationships with reputable clients, possesses strong communication skills, enjoys collaborating within a vibrant team, and is eager to become a supportive leader and mentor to younger Project Managers.
The ideal candidate will have
A relevant construction qualification.
Highly motivated, able to work independently, diligent and with an eye for detail.
Experience in delivering a range of building projects from inception to completion.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Client-facing experience and comfortable with running meetings.
Experienced with NZS3910 contract management
Positively contribute to the internal team and seek to add value.
Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
