About the Role:
- Lead the full design process for stormwater infrastructure projects
- Develop hydraulic models and design strategies, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable outcomes
- Oversee construction implementation, providing technical direction and project oversight
- Work with public sector clients, balancing design flexibility with regulatory compliance
- Diagnose complex stormwater challenges and present multiple viable solutions
- 10–15 years of stormwater engineering experience
- Strong hydraulic design skills—not just modeling
- Ability to work with first principles, designing in challenging environments
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, risk management, and contract law
- Proven experience working with public sector clients and large-scale tenders
- Leadership role with influence over high-profile infrastructure projects
