Their extensive portfolio includes designing and managing earthworks and sediment, and erosion control, wastewater and stormwater solutions, water supply solutions, roading and shared access ways and flood management solutions.
You will be responsible for all aspects of land development engineering from contract and project management through to construction monitoring and client relations.

You will be responsible for all aspects of land development engineering from contract and project management through to construction monitoring and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage land development
- Conduct site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings).
- Ensure project compliance with all industry regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Oversee construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Utilise advanced software tools including 12D for planning, design, and project management.
- Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- NZ Citizenship/working rights in New Zealand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in civil engineering - land development.
- Proficiency in engineering 12D software preferred but not essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
