​Rachel is Joint Managing Director of Assemble and leads our Construction team in NZ. She specialises at all levels of appointment across Commercial and Client-side Construction covering both public and private sector clients and all property asset classes. Being embedded in the industry with deep relationships nationwide, Rachel brings to her work an entirely professional approach, with over 10 years experience she has a sound understanding of the industry and the experience, initiative, and commercial acumen to continuously deliver successful recruitment outcomes for her clients .

Outside of work, Rachel has an interest in property investment, staying fit and active and spending as much time with family and friends as possible. She’s also known for being a dab hand at amateur indoor netball!
