They are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Wanaka team. The successful candidate will manage a variety of high-end residential and commercial projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery from start to finish. This role offers the chance to work in a beautiful location with a supportive and dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A relevant construction qualification.
  • Highly motivated, able to work independently, diligent, and with an eye for detail.
  • Experience in delivering a range of building projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Cost management skills would be preferred.
  • Client-facing experience and comfort with running meetings.
  • Experience with NZS3910 contract management.
  • Ability to positively contribute to the internal team and seek to add value.
  • Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
