- Produce high-quality civil engineering designs using Civil 3D/12D and AutoCAD.
- Manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Engage with clients, contractors, and councils to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and manage contractors.
- Mentor and train graduate engineers.
- 2-4 years of civil engineering experience, ideally in land development.
- Strong design skills with Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
- A relevant tertiary qualification (BE, NZDE, BEngTech).
- A passion for problem-solving and delivering quality outcomes.
- Willingness to visit sites and work hands-on with contractors.
- A massive pipeline of work means no two days are the same.
