About the Role:
You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. Working with project managers, subcontractors, and clients, you'll drive efficiency and maintain a safe, productive site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage site operations from start to finish
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to meet project timelines
  • Ensure health & safety regulations are strictly followed on-site
  • Monitor quality control and adherence to project specifications
  • Problem-solve and proactively manage site challenges
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and consultants
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward
  • In-depth knowledge of NZ building codes and health & safety requirements
