Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage site operations from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to meet project timelines
- Ensure health & safety regulations are strictly followed on-site
- Monitor quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Problem-solve and proactively manage site challenges
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and consultants
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward
- In-depth knowledge of NZ building codes and health & safety requirements
