This multi – disciplinary engineering consultancy has experienced some of the fastest growth in New Zealand’s burgeoning engineering sector over the last few years. Located in Central Auckland this business are experts in Civil Engineering, Land Development and Land Surveying and have created an eco-system for Engineers and surveyors of all levels to thrive. Hierarchy is not a thing within this business, but collaboration is. Directors and Seniors work closely with junior and Intermediate engineers and surveyors to achieve the best possible outcomes for their ever-growing list of clients.
Engineers and surveyors are not pigeonholed and get exposure to all areas of surveying from to design to completion across the residential, commercial and government asset classes.
THE ROLE
Initially this business requires a licensed land surveyor to perform senior surveying responsibilities due to to the acquisition of new land development clients across a range of asset classes and sectors.
The Manager of Surveying is retiring in the few years so there is a unique opportunity for a licensed surveying to start in a 2IC capacity and to become the Manager of Surveying in the next few years.

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of either AutoCAD, 12D or Civil3D plus land online if possible
- Between 5 - 10+ years’ experience in land/engineering surveying either in NZ or Australia
- Ideally you'll have a Bachelor of Surveying from the University of Otago or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in using modern surveying equipment
