They specialise in development finance, bridging loans, and builder loans. The purpose of this role is to propel Vincent Capital’s expansion into the South Island market by utilising and strengthening existing industry relationships and developing and building new ones. This hands-on position focuses on maintaining high customer satisfaction and consistent revenue growth.

About the Role:

As a key member of the lending team, you'll manage and nurture client relationships with property developers and builders. You’ll deliver tailored financing solutions, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to settlement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact.
  • Provide expert advice on property financing options, including development and construction loans.
  • Collaborate with the lending team to structure and execute financing deals.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in property finance.
  • Strong knowledge of property finance and construction loans.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, property, or a related field (preferred).
